Associated ID™ lets the trusted institutions that already know you confirm your identity: safely and securely, with one tap on your phone.
Starting Over Every Time
Today, proving your identity means starting over every time; using documents, credentials, numbers that can be easily stolen or copied. Associated ID changes that. Instead of asking you to prove who you are, Associated ID allows your network of trusted institutions that already know you to prove it for you. Your bank, employer, insurance company, mobile provider simply confirm their relationship with you: safely and securely for that specific transaction, with a tap on your phone. Your personal information isn't collected or stored; all your records stay right where they always have been. That means stealing a document, password or Social Security number is no longer enough to steal your identity.
Details can be copied. Relationships cannot. No one can copy the years your bank, your employer and your phone company have known you. To steal your identity, a thief would have to break into every one of them, all at once.
What You Do
-
You tap once on your phone, inside the sign up process you are already in, and the institutions that already know you confirm their relationship with you.
-
You decide each time. Each confirmation is for that one transaction only; it is sealed, single-use, and expires once that transaction is complete.
-
Associated ID keeps no file on you and no central identity database. Your records stay with the institutions that already hold them, and Associated ID is designed not to read the confirmations it carries.
Identity Is Yours
Your identity is not a number, a password or a document. It is the institutions that already know you. Associated ID lets them say so, and no one else can.
